Sungh (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a tournament-tracking application that lets viewers check matches, scores, teams, fixtures, results, and tournament status. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the Sungh mobile application (the “App”).

To create an account, we collect your mobile phone number and send a one-time password (OTP) through WhatsApp to verify your account.

Information We Collect

We collect your mobile phone number to verify account creation and login through a one-time password (OTP) sent on WhatsApp. We may also collect limited device, app-usage, and diagnostic information to operate, secure, and improve the App.

How We Use and Share Information

We use this information to provide login access, display App features, prevent misuse, and resolve technical issues. We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that support authentication, WhatsApp OTP delivery, hosting, analytics, and crash reporting, only as needed to provide the App.

WhatsApp OTP delivery is also subject to WhatsApp and Meta’s applicable terms and privacy policies. We will not send promotional WhatsApp messages unless you separately consent where required by law.

Data Security and Your Rights

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
